When you are Rihanna life is a party - and it is important to get the party started early.
Clearly
celebrating the release of her two new songs, the 27-year-old hit the
streets of New York red party cup in hand Thursday evening.
The
cups are normally reserved for frat keg parties and backyard BBQs, the
singer unashamedly carried the cup - and even made it look like a high
fashion accessory.
Party cup or not, the Diamonds singer was certainly ready to have some fun in a hard to miss rock n' roll inspired outfit.
For her night out on the town RihRih, showed off her quirky sense of fashion in a show stopping jacket.
The
brown faux fur was certainly a statement piece, featuring the iconic
Tongue & Lips logo of the Rolling Stones painted on the back.

The coat
also appeared to have more rock symbols with cover art featuring the
Union Jack and the stripes of the American flag on the front and the
Ramones written down one arm.
While
the coat was already very eye catching, the star was not done there
wearing it with a negligee-like lime green dress with black lace and
thigh high splits.
Always
the rock star, Rihanna wore sunglasses at night and teamed the dress
with a pair of casual white sneakers and, continuing with her modified
fashion theme, carried a Chanel Boy handbag, which had been painted in a
yellow and white design.
Rihanna was
having a busy Thursday, as besides pre-gaming and wearing some tricked
out duds, the star also released two new tracks.
The Bajan beauty dropped the island-inspired and very catchy, Dancing In The Dark, and big ballad As You And Me.
Released
March 24, the soundtrack also features songs from Jennifer Lopez - who
also lends her voice to the animated feature - and Charli XCX.
