It's not the first time the former reality star has posted a revealing snap, but she's keen to prove it's purely the results of a healthy lifestyle

Millie's latest Instagram snap

Millie Mackintosh has posted a jaw-dropping thigh gap photo as she continues to show off the results of her gruelling fitness regime.
The former Made in Chelsea star is known for posting revealing snaps online, showing her slim frame as she continues to promote a healthy lifestyle - and this time it followed one of her most tiring gym videos yet.

Having stripped down to a revealing pink leotard, Professor Green's wife showed off her tiny legs in the selfie, as she held up her hands in the peace sign.
But it has split her fans, with some claiming she's too "skinny", while others defend the star and say once again it's the result of a balanced diet and lots of exercise.
Pouting into the mirror, Millie wears minimal make-up and has tied her hair back, clearly ready for a workout.
She wrote: "Loving my @ekatsuits leotard!"
Fans have shown a mixed reaction to the new snap, with one writing: "Wow skinny."

But many defended the star, with one writing: "I don't know how people can sit here saying she's unhealthy. If you follow her instagram and twitter you'll know she is extremely healthy and does everything right in terms of taking care of her body.

"Also, people who throw the word anorexia around and think it's ok are disgusting. She's naturally tiny and some people have a lot of trouble putting weight on. And she's healthy and happy. Concentrate on your own happiness, stop judging others on their lives."
She followed it with a workout video as she showed off her energetic side in a series of gruelling exercises.
A spokesperson for Millie told Mirror Online: "Millie is very aware of her position in the public eye and the influence she has over young women, and it's very important to show a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
"It is absolutely clear that the message in her social media channels, photo shoots, interviews and campaigns is that a strong body and healthy diet and lifestyle is how you maintain a good physique. There is no cause for concern."
