as she has filed suit against her for defamation.

was angered that the 42-year-old Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills cast
member said her private parts smelled when she was appearing on Andy
Cohen's Watch What Happens Live in December.
The Polish siren was livid about the embarrassing remarks, and has filed a defamation suit against her.

drama doesn't end there, however, as documents obtained by
Life&Style show the model's lawyer informed Brandi that his client
plans to launch a civil suit in Florida against the reality star for
'slander, libel, defamation and/or intentional inflection of emotional
distress.'
Since
RHOM has been off the air since November 2013 after wrapping the third
season, Joanna has been trying to stay relevant with other business
ventures.
While
the Miami series of the hit Bravo franchise has been a sinking ship as
of late, bi-coastal Joanna - who splits her time between Miami and LA -
may be eyeing a new role on Kyle's Beverly Hills program.
Although
Bravo has yet to confirm if cancellation is in the near future, RHOM
cast mate Alexia Echevarria shut down the rumours telling E! last year:
'There will definitely be a season four for Miami. I have spoken to
producers and they are currently working on dates for taping, since we
usually begin taping this time of year we were told taping is being
pushed back a little. The producers spoke to all of us and told us all
the same thing.'
