So Kate Husdon and pal Chris Martin decided to team up to take their kids for a day on the beach on Saturday.

The group looked in high spirits as they parked up and trekked down to the beach to start their funday.
After setting up camp on the sand, Chris changed into his wetsuit and dived into the waves for a spot of, while his kids Apple and Moses stayed ashore.
Kate was quick to strip down to a multicolored string bikini, and showed off her toned body as she strolled along the beach with her brood.

The star wore her blonde locks tied up in a bun, and protected her eyes with a pair dark shades.
Kate accessorised with a pendant necklace and a chic arm bangle.
The single parents roped their kids into playing an energetic game of volleyball by the water's edge, following which, Kate splashed around in the sea to cool off.
