Katy Perry and John Mayer are now thought to have split following a brief reconciliation.
Sources close to the Katy, 30 and John, 37, told that the reported two month relationship between the pair was more about convenience than anything else.
The site reports: 'Katy and John reconnected once she had a break in her Prismatic World Tour.

who joined Perry on stage, tweeted the snap to her 2.5m followers with

her duet with Missy Elliott belting out her classic track Get Ur Freak
On.

an interview with Billboard, Katy admitted she was 'nervous' about the
biggest event of her career, but the Roar singer also took time out to
talk about relationships.
'There is no handbook for love,' she admitted to the weekly.
The
Dark Horse singer added: 'In all my relationships, I've learned how I
have to be more careful and that it's not up for public consumption.'
